For 30 years, M&W Electric Inc. has been providing professional electrical service and repair to our Oregon communities. Born and raised in Oregon, Mike Weaver started M&W Electric Inc. in 1990 with Dave McFarland. Starting as an electrician, Mike has worked in the field and in the office on the day to day operations. He's learned first hand what's important to his customers, as well as his employees. The company has grown through the years with a base of loyal customers that have become repeat customers.

We treat our customers like our friends. M&W Electric Inc.’s technicians are experienced, well trained professionals that are committed to giving our customers quality electrical installations. We provide a one year parts and labor warranty lFor lamps we provide a 30 day warranty. We will repair or replace any and all damages resulting from defects without any expense to the owner, except for ordinary wear and tear and unusual abuse or neglect. When we do a job, we put our name and reputation on it and are committed to making every customer satisfied with our work.

We Value Our Employees

Our employees are like our family, and safety is our number one concern. We provide weekly safety handouts and monthly safety meetings to make sure our staff is protected. As our reputation and volume of work has grown, we have added electricians, a full-time estimator and a dispatcher to our staff. Most of our electricians started as apprentices and mastered the craft through on-the-job training with our lead electricians and by attending night classes at the local JATC.
